What you buy

A licence to use the Workyol software, delivered as a download. The full licence text is in LICENSE.txt inside the download. In short:

• Standard — one business, on 2 computers at a time. Keep “Powered by Workyol” visible; don’t redistribute the code.
• Agency — on 10 computers at a time: put your own name, logo and colours on it, hide “Powered by Workyol”, run it for your clients and charge them for access and management. You may not resell or publish the source code itself.
• Setup service — a video-call session (up to 2 hours) to connect your Meta account and number, write and submit up to 3 templates, set your branding and send a first campaign. Scheduled within 10 days of purchase. Meta’s approval times are outside our control.

Your licence key

Your key unlocks real sending in the app (demo mode works without one). Each computer or server is activated with the key, which checks it online with our licence server now and then; it keeps working offline for 30 days. A Standard key works on 2 computers at a time and an Agency key on 10; to move it, use “Remove from this computer” in the app first. A refunded licence stops working.

What you need

Node.js 18+ on Windows, macOS or Linux, a Meta Business account, a phone number for your business and a payment method in WhatsApp Manager. To receive replies and delivery reports, the app must be running and reachable from the internet (the guide explains how). Meta charges its own message fees directly to you.

Who sells Workyol

Workyol is sold by Afrikyol, LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company. Prices are in US dollars and paid once (no subscription). Card payments are processed by Stripe; your receipt comes from Stripe. The licence key is e-mailed automatically after payment; the setup service is booked by e-mail within 1 business day.

Free trial

You can try Workyol free for 7 days on 1 computer, with real sending up to 100 campaign messages (replies, automations and scheduled posts are not counted). No card is needed, and there is one trial per e-mail address. When the trial ends, real sending stops and demo mode keeps working. If you buy with the same e-mail address, your trial key becomes your full licence.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee

Not happy for any reason? Write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. No questions asked. A refunded licence stops working. The done-for-you setup is refunded in full until the setup session has taken place.

Updates and support

Bug-fix updates for version 1.x are included. Support is by e-mail, in English, French or Turkish, on business days.

Acceptable use

Workyol is for messaging people who agreed to hear from you. Using it for unsolicited messages breaks Meta’s WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram policies and this licence.

Other services you connect

Workyol can work with services from other companies that you choose to connect: AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code…), video and image generators (such as Higgsfield), and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n). They are not part of Workyol: their accounts, prices, limits and terms are theirs, and you are responsible for what you create with them and for having the rights to publish it. Workyol always asks for your approval before an assistant sends or publishes anything.

They are named only to say that Workyol works with them; Workyol is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
