A number connected to the official API can’t be used in the normal WhatsApp phone app at the same time. Most businesses use a dedicated number. Meta offers “coexistence” for some existing WhatsApp Business app numbers — our guide explains the options.
No — and you shouldn’t want to. WhatsApp only allows messages to people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you. Workyol asks you to confirm consent at every import and handles opt-outs, which protects your number.
Your contacts, messages and access tokens are stored in a folder on your own computer and only ever go to Meta. Two things reach us: the licence check (your key, the computer’s name and the number of messages in each campaign), and Meta’s notifications for your accounts, which wait on workyol.com only until your Workyol collects them, usually seconds, and are then deleted. Your Workyol checks Meta’s signature on each one. The app can be protected with a password.

No. On Instagram and Messenger, Meta only lets a business answer people who wrote first, or send one private message to someone who commented on its post. Workyol does exactly that, which is why your account stays safe.
No. You can connect only your Facebook Page and Instagram account, only WhatsApp, or both.
After you buy, you receive a licence key by e-mail. Paste it in Settings → Licence: Standard works on 2 computers, Agency on 10. The key is checked online now and then, and the app keeps working offline for 30 days. To change computer, click “Remove from this computer” first.
Yes. Yes, on your own LinkedIn profile: text, pictures and videos, scheduled, even with your computer off. You make a small free LinkedIn app once (5 minutes, the app shows a picture of each step). LinkedIn asks you to reconnect every 60 days: Workyol and an e-mail remind you. Posting as a company page needs LinkedIn partner approval, so it is not possible yet.
